Ethics Hotline and Code of Conduct

77 Insaat prides itself on providing quality products for its customers. We can only accomplish this goal by creating an ethical work environment for our employees. Our leadership has established a Code of Conduct and annual training for all employees to make decisions within ethical parameters.

Any employee who in good faith believes that a Code of Conduct violation or other suspicious behavior has occurred by another employee, 77 officer, or outside vendor, may report this violation in a confidential manner through our ethics hotline at ethicssuite.com/77construction.

While we encourage you to provide your name and contact number, you may also make a report anonymously. If you are not comfortable reporting directly to 77, you may also contact our outside compliance monitor Vendor Clearance LLC at brett.sander@vendorclearance.com. Vendor Clearance is a law firm based in the United States that specializes in compliance and risk mitigation in contingency operations. More information about Vendor Clearance at www.vendorclearance.com. Vendor Clearance reviews all reports made to our ethics hotline. 77 Insaat does not tolerate retaliation for making a good-faith claim and will maintain your confidentiality within the confines of the law.
